2026: Improving the Experience and Staying Grounded

Shipstore Partner,

As we begin 2026, I want to personally thank you for your partnership with Shipstore. Many of you work closely with our team day in and day out, and we truly appreciate the trust you place in us to support such an important part of your operation. Your openness, feedback, and collaboration throughout 2025 directly shaped how we improved the platform and how we think about what comes next.

2025: Stability, Discipline, and Real Execution

In 2025, our focus at Shipstore was very deliberate. We spent the year strengthening the foundation of the platform and making sure parcel execution worked exactly as our customers expect — consistently, securely, and at scale.

I’m proud to say we delivered an exceptionally stable year. We experienced very little downtime, including through peak shipping periods, and avoided the kinds of disruptions that tend to show up when volume spikes. For teams running daily operations through Shipstore, that reliability matters more than anything.

Just as important, our support organization continued to be a true differentiator. Our customers experienced average ticket response times of under five minutes, providing real-time help when issues or questions arose. That level of responsiveness is intentional — and it’s something you don’t typically get from many software providers. We believe strong support is part of the product, not an add-on, and our team takes real ownership in helping customers keep operations moving.

We also made meaningful progress on security and data practices. We implemented more controls around PII handling, access discipline, and data purging. These changes improve how data is managed across the platform and better align with the standards our enterprise customers expect.

On the carrier side, we expanded optional coverage by adding Amazon, UniUni, and Veho. These additions give customers more flexibility and, in many cases, meaningful cost savings by opening up additional routing and last-mile options where they make sense. We also continued helping customers uncover transportation savings through rate comparisons and through our negotiated agreements across both parcel and LTL carriers.

2026: Improving the Experience and Staying Grounded

As we move into 2026, our priorities remain straightforward. We’re planning targeted improvements to the Version 5 user interface, with a focus on clarity, efficiency, and making common workflows easier for the people using Shipstore every day.

We’ll continue expanding carrier connectivity across parcel and LTL, while deepening integrations with WMS and ERP platforms so shipping execution remains tightly aligned with upstream systems. We’re also paying close to attention to how AI is changing the way modern software supports day-to-day work. Our approach is intentionally focused – using AI where it can reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and surface better insights back to users, without adding complexity or noise. As we move through 2026, you’ll see targeted enhancements designed to improve productivity and decision-making within Shipstore, while staying true to the reliability and execution our customers depend on.

And most importantly, we’ll keep listening. Many of the most impactful improvements we’ve made came directly from customer feedback, and that won’t change.

Shipstore exists to do a few things well: execute shipments reliably, fit cleanly into your operation, and help you stay competitive as parcel and LTL shipping strategies evolve.

Thank you again for your trust and partnership. We’re excited about what’s ahead and appreciate the opportunity to continue working with you in 2026.

Happy New Year!
